A Day In Rancocas Woods.

Going a bit backwards in time and seasons here in the new year but I wanted to blog about a hidden gem in south jersey that I found so charming. When Lexie came home from her mission we ventured out to many places. We were lucky to have spent so much time together during the day when Noah and Chelsea were still in school. It was always a good time with her and I sure do miss these moments spent with her. We decided to go to Rancocas Woods and actually get down this time to explore this little town. During the summer we'd go to pelican snow to get snow cones and always wondered about this town and its shops. This was the perfect opportunity to go since we had more time and weren't rushed. And it was the cutest town....

Lexie is a voracious reader and loves books and we found this bookstore and as we were walking through town saw the cutest little library pantry. The people were kind and there was even a shop that sold crystals which were very interesting to me. Didn't buy anything but it's always nice to browse around. It was during the fall season so they had halloween decorations outside.

We also ate at a really good Mexican place that had yummy tacos. It was such a quaint town and loved walking around. Going in the fall is much better as you can how colorful the leaves are. Fall is so pretty in Jersey and I'm so glad Lexie and I came here to spend quality time together. I continue to miss her as I do all my girls but my favorite part of having kids is spending one on one time with them and this day was perfect with her!

This pretzel shop was closed which means I have to go back and try it when it opens up again this spring.
See how delicious this looks!! And let's not forget apple slushes in the fall are a must which we got at another location but you can find them at any farm that's open during the fall season!
