Our 100th day of kindergarten will fall this Thursday on February 10th (if we don't have any more snow days!)We are counting down the days. The "big" day will be here in less than a month! In honor of this day, Chelsea's school is planning a celebration along with activities. They are also having all the children do a 100 day project which consists of making a collection of 100 small objects to glue and attach on a poster board.
Chelsea was very creative, and because of my love for anything with birds & nature, she asked if she could use my cutouts in the shape of birds and bees. We also used buttons, flower stickers, and one blue dragonfly. We could of used edible items, but we didn't want to attract any small critters.
Instead of spelling out her name or the number 100, she wanted to spell LOVE. Love because Valentine's Day is next Monday. Love because she has a big heart and loves school.
*Does your school do "Day 100 of Kindergarten"?
*How creative is your child if y'all do have the 100 day activity?
