The Met Rooftop!

Can you believe I have been to the met multiple times and never made it to the rooftop! Well we finally made it before they closed it off. Yes, the Met Rooftop is now closed and won't reopened for another five years! I am so glad we were able to go and take in the view of the city. Noah particularly loved the views. He would like to be an architect and loves buildings and looking at them from the top. It was a sunny day when we went and I capture some wonderful moments on here. We do look forward to coming back here more often when they reopen again. Jon and I will be 60 and Noah will be 20 when they reopen!!

Road Trip To Texas Part Two.

 

One thing I love about Texas are the sunsets. We were driving on a highway and captured the sky. It looked as if it was on fire. Road trips are a highlight of our summer and I absolutely enjoy them.

A Texas Summer Part One.

Going a little backwards in October with snippets of an August summer in Texas. I can't believe it's over. It was a fast one filled with bittersweet moments. Visiting Texas without seeing my mom this summer was sad. I can't believe she's gone. I cried off and on along the way. Luckily we had Whataburger to cheer me up.

Spooky Season Is Here!

 

Here I am in the middle of October and finally blogging and expressing my love for Halloween! Spooky season is here in NYC and there are so many stoops already decked out in massive amounts of halloween decor! These are stoop goals. Well, first I have to have to be living in a brownstone on order to have stoop goals but every year this creative resident goes all out and decorates every year! We went at night time so this is the photo I captured. My sister will be visiting me in a couple of weeks so I am going to take her here and capture a shot during the day as well as traipsing all around the upper west side, UES to check out all the spooky decor!
