Now that she's 13 she still has a soft spot for Frozen, and since we own the DVD will watch the movie from time to time. The musical has been out for about a month now, and what better day to go see the show than on a snowy day at the end of March!
There's something about the snow that keeps me from being indoors especially when they cancel school! I can't be at home especially since this is the fourth nor'easter we've had this winter, and the third time school has been cancelled. Call us crazy, but we drove into the city, got tickets on a whim, enjoyed the show (which was amazing by the way), and even met the Duke of "Weaselton", and Hans afterwards as they were exiting the stage doors. Chelsea was excited to get their autographs as well.
John Riddle who plays Hans.
Robert Creighton who plays Duke of Weselton.
The show was absolutely stunning! I didn't even mind this fella photobombing out picture! So glad I was able to take my girl out to see a broadway show and enjoy the city. The cold never bothered me (us) anyway!
Upon leaving the city we traversed onto 45th street, and what did we see...
The Lyric theatre where Harry Potter, and The Cursed Child is playing. Magic is in the air and we are so excited for this play, and look forward to seeing it sometime soon!
