The basketball hoop was something that made their jaws dropped! These two could have played for hours throwing basketballs into these hoops! I let them do their thing and have a father/son bonding moment while I walked further to look at the sculptures nearby. Going to see art whether it's indoors in a museum or outdoors in upstate New York is the perfect way to bond as a family. Especially when your walking the entire grounds talking about it in the open. If you have a love for art it truly deepens your thinking and heals the soul. Noah loves reading all about the artists work and discussing it is a big deal for us. So grateful we explore the outdoors as a family and that we always leave learning something from it!

Art Omi In The Summer of 2023.
ART. Art- no matter what form it's in is something we all love in this family. The kids and I have been to Art Omi multiple times but this was Jon's first time and Noah was all excited to show him all kinds of art sculptures. It's an outdoor place and not only do we get to explore nature and go on a little hike but we get to see art at the same time! Noah loves coming here and this little trip never gets old. There is always something different being displayed and sculptures that really make you think and study as to why it was made. This year there were even a few new art installations. You can also see different art sculptures when I came with Lexie here and Chelsea and Noah here.
This is a skating ramp and Noah was bummed he didn't bring his skateboard to skate on it! It's so cool how they built it! You have to see it in person to look how intricate this ramp was!
Yes- we love the city but I could definitely live in a glass house surrounded by nature!
See ya next time Art Omi!
