This entire post will pretty much consist of a few photos with two "boys" facing forward looking at trains. Every time there is an opportunity to look at trains, ride on a train, or an event that consists of trains we have to go. After hearing a commercial on the radio about the model train exhibit in Allentown, Pennsylvania we knew we had to take Noah. Since the kids had no school we decided to check this baby out ourselves, and to our surprise it truly was a wonder!
I had a hard time capturing photos of Noah looking at the camera, and when I asked Jon to grab him so I take a picture with him, Noah was like, "in a minute mom, the thunderstorm is starting!" I waited patiently and did manage to get one picture with him!
He loves pictures, but when it comes to trains he wants to take his time carefully looking at the models, and all the tiny little people inside the trains, and all over the exhibition. I don't blame him. It was absolutely exquisite, and every model built was in such detail. He was always pointing out small details about certain parts of the exhibit with Jon. He has a good eye, and am always impressed with his comments, and reactions when it comes to train shows. They were both so cute together looking at this exhibit.
I can't believe how old this exhibit is, and you can read more about it here. It's absolutely a wonder. If you've ever been to Northlandz, the holiday train show at grand central station during christmas, or Gullivers gate then you'll be pleased with this exhibit! Noah loves anything that deals with train models, and buildings, and is always a satisfied, happy little boy when he leaves! We are so grateful to live in an area where they have everything trains!
