It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas!

Christmas is already in motion in New York city and on the weekend of Noah's birthday we happened to be in the city where New York's most famous decoration arrived at the Rockefeller center. The Christmas tree! We were so excited to have witnessed this without it being super crowded. Noah was amazed at how huge the tree was. He said it looks huge and plain without the decorations and lights on! I have to agree. He was impressed with all the workers securing and working around the tree to get it ready for the lighting ceremony.

It was so cool to see and he had such a fun time at FAO Schwarz where Noah picked out a birthday present. Although I miss the nostalgic effect of the old FAO store we are happy that this store returned and that we can shop here again!
Christmas in the city is our favorite and for those who are new on this little blog of mine and still read it you can click on this link as well as this one to find fun things to do and see during the holidays in New York. We love spending time in the city and attempt to do the traditional things but there is not enough time to do them all. We still have a few things we'd love to accomplish but it's nice to at least walk along 5th avenue to see all the Christmas decor! It truly is a magical time to be visiting!

Oh...and make room for dessert at Junior's! They have the best cheesecake in the universe!
