More Noah-isms In The Spring.

Not much going on here with Noah's diction. His enunciation has become clearer and the older he gets the clearer the language, and words become. I have missed him saying "out of the ordinary" things, and the way he says them is funny as heck, but alas he's speaking like a little grown up.

There are times when he will still say something off the wall that catches us off guard or he will get his words mixed up. That's what happens when you start reading a lot. He has a love for books and can tell that because he reads he gets his words a bit confused. Nonetheless, he is smarter than a 40-year-old and sharp as a whip! Here are just a few of his noahisms that I remember as of late:

On the first day of spring Rita's water ice opens it's doors, and gives away a small cup of it for free. The fact that it was a warm day, and that it's pretty good water ice I said, "everyone and their dog is here." Noah's obviously never heard me or anyone say that expression before, and he said, "what dogs, I don't see any dogs, just people." Chelsea and I cracked up!

Every time we go to New York there are always planes flying in and out of Newark airport and one day I said, "Noah, did you see how close that plane was to us!" And he said, "yes i did, on your phone." Wow!! Well, at least he's on the phone looking up different types of planes, trains, and automobiles. He was also playing a game that dealt with aircraft!

While doing a family home evening Chelsea told a story about a bush in which two boys described having thorns and roses. When Chelsea asked the difference between the two boys answers as to what they were focusing on Noah said that the one who focused on the roses had joy and the other one who noticed the thorns first had "madness." Same difference but a good answer!

He still wants to be a superhero, and because the new Avengers movie Endgame is coming out soon talks about saving the world, and how he is "instructable", and then we had to correct him and said to him, "you mean indestructible!" He was like, "yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm that!"

Love our boy!
