Santa At The Plaza & All Things Christmas-y!!

I can't believe tomorrow is Christmas! I mean, when did December decide to go from the first to the 24th? Crazy, but we are excited for it, and the kids are having way too much fun together. Since Lexie arrived we've been exploring, and in between our outings she's been chilling by the piano as well as catching up on some much needed sleep. Oh, the life of a college student, but for the most part we've been to the city a few times, and have ventured out some more because...Christmas lights!

Santa at the plaza for the fourth year in a row was a dream. I love seeing the kids glow on their face when they see Santa, and even though my girls are 23, 18, and 13 they are never too old to believe that there is goodness in this life, and that miracles happen. Noah told Santa all his dreams, and wishes, and I love the way this photo depicts Santa talking to Noah, and telling him all the good things that matter, and that although toys are fun, so is family, and believing that joy is possible. I love this Santa so much and the fact that he told him to "be good" was the icing on the cake.
This building with candy canes across the street from the Plaza are so red, and bright! Absolutely love them!
Just Noah posing for pictures as usual. He's such a ham, and love this kid so much! There are days where I wish he would just stop growing! I look back at this post, and I'm like, "where is the time going!"
Serendipity 3 is one of the best places to indulge yourself in dessert! We love this place during the holidays, and I'm always thinking of the movie Serendipity as we were sitting right across where Jonathan & Sara were sitting.

The shops at Columbus circle inside the Time Warner center are lit with "holiday under the stars" which is the largest specially crafted exhibit of illuminated color mixing in the world featuring twelve 14 ft. stars that hang from the ceiling overlooking iconic central park. We absolutely love this mall, and these stars truly add to the Christmas spirit while shopping! Especially since they change in color every 30 seconds.

Ended the evening by going for a walk through Washington square park. I love how they set up this tree right smack in the middle of it. It's so bright, and luminous! It was so peaceful walking through the park with it glowing at night.

Here's wishing everyone a Merry Christmas Eve!
