Temple day with our girls

Today was officially the first time to attend the temple with our daughters to do baptisms for the dead. It was an amazing feeling to have sat in with our girls to perform confirmations and baptisms. The spirit was as strong as our faith and seeing the look on our girls faces afterwards was priceless....

Waking up at 7am was worth it.
The two hour drive was worth it.
The traffic we endured before arriving and then leaving was tolerable...and worth it.
The construction on I-95 was worth it.
The accident on I-95 which caused an extra half hour on the road was worth it.

Spending the day with wonderful friends was indeed worth it!

This is the beginning of many more mother and daughter temple trips to come.

We love to see the temple.
We love attending when we can.
We love to feel, and listen to the holy spirit.
It truly strengthens our testimony of our love for the temple, and our Savior.

But most of all...

It brings us great comfort to know that we are bringing those closer to our Heavenly Father in spirit...
and that is worth it!
